Description
The Amii outdoor seating system, characterised by the unprecedented presence of soft, voluminous cushions and woven cord, also comes in the form of storage ottomans, perfect for creating multiple, comfortable open-air living combinations. Designed as functional elements or informal service seats, the Amii ottomans are also available on castors. They stand out for their high square and rounded cushions and their varnished, stainless steel frame, covered with woven rope in the colours Ecru, Bronze or Dark Brown, which accommodates a practical storage unit inside.
Structure: The structure features a stainless-steel frame in polished Bronze, matt Ecru or Dark Brown, covered with woven polypropylene fibre forming a 24×7 mm strip in matching Ecru, Bronze or Dark Brown. The interior is finished with black outdoor fabric, while the base combines plywood, water-repellent fabric and a polished Bronze anti-fingerprint stainless-steel strip. The seat cushion features variable-density polyurethane foam and eco-friendly viscose fibre, protected by a water-repellent polyester cover. A wooden insert ensures stability on the ottoman, while a matching cord loop facilitates cushion removal.

Minotti and Oki Sato, Japanese designer born in 1977, first came into contact in 2017.
Multi-talented, poetic and original, in 2002, Oki Sato opened the architecture and design firm Nendo, of which he is Chief Designer. Internationally renowned for his multi-faceted approach, which spans from graphic design to product design, and from architecture to the creation of installations, Oki Sato officially joined the Minotti team of designers in 2018. With his light, fresh and minimal style, he creates designs with a big personality and a poetic touch. He is mainly inspired by the manual work of master craftsmen and artisans, and by the interaction between people, objects and environment.
